Bridging the Gap was the second album from The Black Eyed Peas, released in 2000. It contained the single "Request + Line", featuring Macy Gray. It never quite took off, however, because the album was leaked, and The Black Eyed Peas' main demographic was college students at the time. According to will.i.am, "The gap never got bridged".
